Due to the nature of our organization, all sales are final. Be sure to choose the correct size of the item or items you are purchasing.
If you have received a product that does not fit, you may return it for store credit. Contact us if this is your case. Furthermore, our products go through rigorous inspection before being sent out and so should not be defective or damaged. If for some reason you need to exchange a product for the same product, contact us.
Shipping Return Products
To return your product, contact us for the mailing address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
